Tap o Meter is a simple plug-and-play self-pour system with a robust complex system behind it. This system intends to simplify the pouring experience from a customer and brewery perspective by gamifying it and providing a robust back-end system that tracks all the data a brewer needs.
The challenge was to develop a brand that would look and feel like an original and strong competitor in the brewery market. With other established long-standing competitors in the industry, the focus was on making this young brand look like a well-developed company that provided value and expertise in a competitive market. Tap-o-Meter represents a revolutionary approach to the beer-pouring experience, seamlessly blending simplicity and sophistication.
At its core, Tap-o-Meter is not just a whimsical gadget but a meticulously engineered system with a robust and complex backend. This backend is the hidden powerhouse that elevates the entire pouring process, providing breweries with a comprehensive data tracking system. Every pour becomes a data point, enabling brewers to gain valuable insights into customer preferences, consumption patterns, and inventory management. The system ensures that breweries have access to all the necessary information to optimize their operations and enhance the customer experience.
Tap-o-Meter's visual identity communicates a sense of originality and simplicity. We were inspired by the name and felt a 50s slight whimsical aesthetic felt right in such a diverse community. We set the brand apart from the competitors and the traditional brewery landscape by reflecting the innovation embedded in its technology and combining it with a slight tone of Kitsch, vintage toy packaging designs, and a modern take of a 50s design aesthetic.
The combination of a user-friendly design, gamified experience, and robust data analytics positions Tap-o-Meter as a catalyst for positive change in the brewing industry, proving that innovation and expertise can coexist seamlessly.
